About

Engineering before tooling.

SRFT exists for one situation: a company can feel something stalling, knows roughly what it costs, and cannot name the technical fix.

We start with the process and the cost. Technology is the last decision, not the first.

Most of the work that reaches us does not start as a request for software. It starts as a symptom: a report that is always late, a number nobody trusts, a step only one person knows how to do.

Our job is to separate the symptom from the bottleneck, decide what is worth building, and deliver a system that goes into service and keeps changing after we are gone.

An engineering partner, not a supplier of tasks

We take in the whole picture and carry it end to end. We do not hand the problem back in pieces.

Consultative by default

Diagnosis before proposal. Scope before code. You approve what gets built before you fund it.

The tool follows the decision

Technology is a consequence, never the pitch. We choose with whoever maintains the system next in mind.

Judged by the operation

Done means the working day changed. Software that stays in a demo has not finished.

What SRFT is not

  • A template shop turning out cheap sites.
  • An agency that stops at how it looks.
  • A company selling AI where there is no case for it.
  • A software house that only knows one kind of project.
